About 46 BCE or so, the southern part was owned by the Romans and later they decline and became barbaric again, they became christian about later after the barbaric kingdoms sacked Rome itself.

It gained the HRE crown since 1452 and influenced Spain and the Benelux which became a large European power until Spain stops the habsburg influence or some sort, maybe a pretender or independence. They lost Benelux except the Belgian areas in the 16th century when a Dutch decided to declare the succession of his country and won the war. They took Bohemia after influence then Hungary to create the Austrian empire in some personal union.

Austria and Hungary united and take over Czech and Poland. It got some German lands but lost some Land to the Slovene Empire and Ukraine.

Austria participates in the War of Empire and takes control over the western half of Czechia. Afterwards, it negotiates with Italy to take back control of South Tyrol. It invades Slovenia and Croatia to have a coast on the Adriatic Sea. It then integrated into Germaximus.

Austria will most likely be absorbed into Germany or stay the way it is.

Austria will have back South Tyrol and will avenge the Other Nations (Czech Rep, Slovenia, Poland)

Austria will get South Tyrol when Italy falls to Sentrakion, they then invade Czech Rep and Slovakia with Hungary and unite into Austria-Hungary

Austria may leave the European Union, but other than that, it will not change.

Austria annexes South Tyrol, and after some time later it unifies with Slovenia and forms Sloustria.

Austria get's an second Black-Blue Government (ÖVP-FPÖ), however this time democratic elected (even if FPÖ is 3rd, but SPÖ wants go Opposition, so SPÖ is the dumb one here), not like 1999 which caused Sanctions and Protests... Also Van der Bellen dies 2019.

Austria becomes collapsed due to civil war between FPO and SPO.
