This is the second map game ever created by us mappers in the Future of Europes wiki. Welcome and let's play!

Rules for the pictures[]

  • Must be PNG
  • Do not resize your map
    • Copy the latest map from the full size image to your paint and do your turn
  • Use paint bucket to show your provinces (paint your provinces with paint bucket)
  • If the mods see anything that is breaking the rules, the player will be kicked from the game
  • Some provinces have one pixel missing in their border, please fix those if you find any

Events[]

How to get your events:

  • Step 1: Every player first inputs the following line "1, 2, 3" (leave the " out). This number tells how many events you get.
  • Step 2: After this, you input this line "Border skirmish, New admiral, New general, Storm, Happy population, Unhappy population, New recruits, Soldiers deserting, Certain uprisings, Ships disappearing, New resource deposits, Resource deposit depleted, Good harvest, Bad harvest, Drought, Floods, Local nationalism,  Gold rush, Diplomat embarasses himself, Province converts, A House Divided, New ideology, Ruler sick, Nobles unsatisfied, Dead servant, Government scandal, Inefficient training, Many immigrants, Many emmigrants, Earthquakes, Volcano eruption, Advances in science" and again leave the " out when copying that. This HUGE FREAKING LINE OF TEXT decides what events you get.
  • You must randomise that huge line as many times of what number you got on Step 1.
    • Example: You randomise the numbers and you get number 2. You now need to copy the huge line of text to the randomiser and you randomise it 2 times.
  • Every player has to tell what events they got on their own nations section.
  • Some events have requirements to be activated, the moderators will tell you if you got an event which cannot be gained yet.
    • If this happens, just get another event.

Overextended players[]

Players who take more than seven provinces in three turns and overextended players lose their gold gain for the next 8 turns, no science output, cannot expand and cannot build any new units (land or sea) either. This effect lasts for 5 turns.

1500 BC[]

Miracium[]

Miracium expands beyond its capital. Basic tech research begins. Nothing else much to add here...

Serbatija[]

Serbatija takes the control of some Illyrian coast, reaching first mines. They began to make experiments with the materials. First weapons are created, even without good results.

Zapadrussia[]

The King of Zapadrussia had a dream, where he saw giant rich valleys being ruled by the Zapadrus' people. The Zapadrus' believed that land was the plains to the east, and started expanding to take over it.

Sacrania[]

Sacrania starts expanding on the shores while the king orders the most smartest men in the realm to start researching basic techs.

Trebzon[]

Trabizas neros the leader of Trebzon was informed by scouts that they saw huge amount of resources in the east so he ordered immediately expansion to the east while researching some basic tech

Franchere[]

The French got bored for a bit and decided to expand out a little to see what they could conquer. The King Luie II passed from old age and the new heir is Princess Swissa of Franchere. Swissa orders her vassals to research new tech and investigate surrounding civilisations.

Galacones (Brabrantium)[]

Brabrantium absorbed the 3 tribes around them. The Tribal Elder decided to attempt a capture for Zeeland in order to build a capital on the multiple islands there, but that could take centuries of development. So all Brabrantium could do is hope for the best and expand south into France. Not knowing the consequences that might happen there in the distant future. However, the Elder ordered to have Brabrantium's finest and smartest men to research certain basic technologies depending on their roles in an attempt to speed past primitive tribes through organization.

Valgond[]

The people of Volga are not happy about just being a city-state, so they convince Czar Ivan III to expand to what some tribes are saying an great sea covered in ice. A neighboring tribe raids them and fails, and the Valgondi army attacks them and their two tribal allies. They get annexed and the army finds bronze weapons and armor in hidden rooms under the ground, and Ivan calls them basements. The new government then calls for the army to advance in tech and starts to create an army. He becomes highly popular with the people of Valgond and the tribes of Finland.

Vordalkien[]

Vordalkien establishes itself as an empire under Jorva Kortuna I, and they make early boats and armies to sail and walk to Crimea. More armies push North and East looking for more tribes.

Talin[]

Explorers of the Talinian people found few natives around here, they said to adopt the warrior culture and will supply rations if they had enough food, decisions have set agreed. They are also keeping the research of sailing and education in row, if there's enough science through there. The empire sets to expend to the province of Saint Petersburg, which was uninhabited, few natives of Eesti has been occupied almost, trying to defend Estonia has homeland, The Great Chieftain of Talin which has set to give the upon discovery of the weaponry of bronze, to discover the Finnish lands were enough for bronze. The leader was Gurthechus. They set to build an army as possible as they require bronze to acquire some new simple weapons to start with infantry.

Odernia[]

The Odernians after 2000 years of normal living decided to do something, because there was sooooo boring. The prince Jan I given an order to conquer the tribes which didn't want to buy our goods. Jan I sent few units to their territories to pillage their villages. Their lands were annexed to the newly created Empire of Odernia. After that prince's scientists started to design new weapons which could help them in next battles.

1450 BC[]

Miracium[]

The Miracines continue to search for and gain land ripe for Agriculture. They begin making bows and arrows after discovering an old, broken set from a abandoned cave. The city state becomes a formal kingdom, crowning Madralton I the Wise as the reigning monarch.

Serbatija[]

Serbatija manages to create the first army, which basically consist in some people with some aluminium protections and some swords. This "army" quickly subjugates the nearby habitants of the capital, Zagreb. They, also begin to create agriculture, having enough meals to attract wild animals to the houses.

Zapadrussia[]

The Zapadrus' are informed of people in the north. The nation seems to be known as "Talin". They make haste to reach these people, and war seems inevitable. They send scouts to north, south and east to find allies. A small tribe of warriors in the south decide to join them, thus raising their army to a reasonable level.

Sacrania[]

Sacranian nobles hear from the fertile lands of west and so, Flitgur I, the king of Sacrania, sends people to see what riches are behind the horizons. Sacranian blacksmiths also start to create bows and swords from the stone gathered by volunteer miners. Although there isn't much stone, some scouts from the front lines have reported about the "Great Mountains of Paradise". This sparks a small wave of immigration, mostly miners and farmers who believe that there is profit for their expedition.

Trebzon[]

Trebzon keeps expanding to the resources and destroying barbarian camps but finally reaches a civilization called Miracium the king of Trebzon makes a meeting with Miraciums monarch asking them for an alliance. Miracium accepts but scouts also inform the King that they found a place so rich and in good place that he moved the capital from Trebzon to Trabika.Trebzon discovers the first boats landing into Dobruja.

Vordalkien[]

The King chooses between expanding into Crimea or East. The King chooses East. The population and technology goes up from finding new resources. The explorers discover Mountains to the south. What is on the other side is unknown...

Franchere[]

After a wait, the Princess Swissa decided to expand North into a Sea. She sees across the river, about 8 minutes away, the coast of an island. As it was her 35th birthday, the spymaster bought her a telescope, which she used to look. On the coast, she saw a sign which said "The Island of Great Brittania". The Princess Swissa was fascinated by this, and asked if civilizations lived there. Nobody known. The Spymaster had traveled North to hear about a Brabrantium civilization, whom wanted to furthermore colonize the island.

There was word of a near nation called Sacrania. The name was of Italian Religion and the Queen considered the kinds of people living beyond their French Territory. It was decided to make sure we gain as much territory as we can.

Galacones (Brabrantium)[]

Brabrantium decided to try to occupy it's claims. After expanding into Zeeland, they decided to concentrate south. Their scouts had reported a ever-growing tribe called Franchere. Brabrantium is considering to trade with the Faction until it have reached the Elder's ears that they are expanding into Brabrantium's Claims...

Valgond[]

Czar Ivan III heard that Talin was planning to expand into Finland, which Valgondi scouts said there was tons of bronze. Ivan says this is not acceptable, and asks the king of Zapadrussia for an alliance. Zapadrussia accepts and say it will trade Finland's bronze for Zapadrussia's iron ore, a beautiful building block. The Valgondi army attacks three tribal nations and builds a capital city for three of its provinces. The people become really happy with Ivan as he starts to improve the standards of living. Valgond's population rises to 25,000.

Talin[]

The order of the Great Chieftain has sent scouts to find the civilisation named "Zapadrussia" and "Valgond". They think they'll destroy their own nation for a long time, to get their own homeland defended they need to build an army to do it. They also focus on researching on the military tech level one which is for penalty to the neighbouring nations of Zapadrussia and Valgond. Been expending to the tribes, they join against the Zapadrussian forces and needs a more militarious strength than Zapadrussia. At least it was the first border established in the Map Game II, which is just neighbouring itself, because of the little tribal community, they decide to conquer whole Estonia and the Finnish resources to stop giving the Valgondi miners their own access to trade bronze for weaponry. Monarchy has been spread for this, maybe there is something wrong, tribes become despotic or not... Even for Talin.

Meanwhile, the scout named Ertarntaus has been seeing the Zapadrussian tribe is rather scary, many of the citizens of Zapadrussia decide to declare war on them ever, because they do not find much through there.

Odernia[]

Jan I as the head of Odernia counted very much on discovery of new civilizations. With help of Merchants, he found the Galacones, with their country of Brabrantium placed on the west. His scientists also discovered big aggregation of metal ores and continued designing new weapons using them. The descendant of prince, Adam Sprawiedliwy agreed to views of his dad, but was also vindictive. When group of people stopped trading important goods to his people, he taken warriors and annexed their territories.

1400 BC[]

Miracium[]

Miracium halted expansion temporarily due to internal affairs. Basic Military weapons are made by scientists, and tactics by generals. Madralton I dies peacefully in his sleep at the age of 68. His son, Cadrole I, takes the throne at age 25.

Serbatija[]

Serbatija takes some provinces and reaches Istria, but does not take it, because they want to expand in the land, because the agriculture is much better there. First army is created, with first armors and some kind of knights that overrun enemy tribes. Rebellions are being crushed. The kingdom of Serbatija is established under Drac I, at the age of 37.

Zapadrussia[]

King Zapadrus' XI, the new king, makes contact with the Talin tribes. Shortly after, prince Vlad Zapadrus', the heir to the throne, died near the Talin border. War clouds fly over Riga... an most likely Tallinn...

Sacrania[]

Sacrania continued the advance towards the so-called Great Mountains of Paradise but are stopped as the terrain changes. Some of the people decide to settle this new land while others decide to keep going for the mountains. Flitgur I dies in the capital due to his old age and very bad fever. The whole nation mourns the loss of their king as Flitgur's son, Vinico, takes his place as the new king. Basic weaponry is being created quickly as most of the resources were used for the immigration waves success and new innovations happen in the military.

Vordalkien[]

The scouts find a nation called "Miracium." The two nations become friendly with each other. Vordalkien expands west.

Franchere[]

The troops expand west into Normandy area, meanwhile the Queen Swissa dies in Normandy of old age, leaving her grandson Andrew II to be ruler of Franchere. They begin to expand into territory with a few more ores and resources. weaponry such as Bows and Arrows are quickly made to protect the country.

Galacones (Brabrantium)[]

Brabrantium is becoming more hesitant to expand. Their newest but small army is not enough to support such a large area. Brabrantium decides to stop where they are and starts to organize their affairs, cities, army, and other things. Basically, they don't do anything much for this turn in fear of overextending

Valgond[]

Czar Ivan III is killed by rebels while sleeping in his palace. His son, Czar Alexander I, takes control and begins to improve the economy. He builds three more capitals for the provinces and begins to trade with the natives.

Talin[]

The Talinian settlers stopped expansion to avoid overextension, to create new villages and hamlets in their own territory, many settlers decide to stay until the core will claim their own provinces and they'll continue expansion forever. The Zapadrussian heir Vlad Zapadrus has been killed and been reported in Talin, which makes relations unstable against each other.

Been sure, the tribe begins to slowly convert to monarchy which it desires to become the first throne to leader. The basic weapons are invented recently.

Odernia[]

The Odernian prince Adam Sprawiedliwy focuses on technology and stops expansion of country for a while. But strengthens the country. Maps of near area in the future are made between Odernians and Galacones.

1350 BC[]

Miracium[]

Newfound contact with another fledgling nation that goes by the name of "Vordalkien" bodes well for the folk of Miracium due to friendly relations between the two. The Minister of war Zergrados Maronn suggests an alliance to protect both countries from external attack. Cardole I still reigns at 75 years old. Settlements are founded progressively further east as the coastline is explored.

Serbatija[]

Revolts appear across north and south of the kingdom. Drac I secedes to his son, Drac II, that tries to stop these revolts. The revolts began to lose, but still being important. In the lands near to the capital, horsemen are created, armed with spears. They managed to make some kind of primitive ships that can only cross small rivers.

Zapadrussia[]

King Zapadrus' XI decleares that the state of Talin is now a threat to the state, and mobilizes all troops to the Zapadrussia-Talin border. The king's third son, prince Peter, is the commander of the Royal Zapadrussian Army.

Sacrania[]

Sacrania's borders finally extend to the mystical mountains. Lots of immigrant begin to move in while the farmers decide to stay back after noticing that they cannot farm in the mountainous terrain. The miners that have moved over to the mountains begin to mine for stone which is sent to the capital. This stone is used to create new weapons for the army. Sacrania's king, Vinico decides to set some old fishing boats to good use and he commands a small recon force to go and explore the coasts near the border.

Vordalkien[]

Vordalkien explores farther south, they make an alliance with Miracium.

Franchere[]

A Nation Flag gets created. After over expanding over sea, they abandon their Normandy land and continue North, to prove the legend of Brabrantium.

Galacones (Brabrantium)[]

After a while of waiting, Brabrantium slowly spreads to the south. Nothing to say much here.

Valgond[]

Czar Alexander I manages the keep Valgond together, but finds that neighboring tribes are plotting to attack his empire. He leads the Valgondi army against these tribes, and defeats them. They find a great sea and call it the Volga Sea. Alexander also begins to organize Valgond. He creates seven provinces and builds a capital city for each one. He then appoints a high ranking military official for each one. Valgond's population rises to 50,000.

Talin[]

Settlers finally ended its over extension, they expend to the east to get the bronze, when they reach Saint Petersburg. But settlers need the power top stop the raiders destroy it, they refuse against the Zapadrussian and any other nations that suggest Talin as a vassal, they begin to create new areas into little hamlets, shelters and farms to keep up with. They continue to expend north before Valgond takes all of it.

Odernia[]

Adam Sprawiedliwy establishes contacts with many civilisations like Zapadrussia and strengthens with Brabrantium. Additionaly makes the first known Odernian Flag. Because of old age he dies in his sleep. His younger son Jan II Odważny takes the throne, because his older son was killed at age 6 in unexplained circumstances. Jan II Odważny to keep country growing conquers tribes, but he chosen the strongest to get their technologies and weapons. First bronze daggers (just sharp sticks) are designed and the scientists found a lot of material to make them. The prince builds also first small market in the capital, but there is still no national currency. Construction plans of building houses are corrected and now will be more durable.

1300 BC[]

Miracium[]

Settlement to the west is increased. The capital becomes a big city that has taken advantage of its arable surroundings. Cardole I dies without an heir and is succeeded by his younger brother, Madralton II. Miracium begins training a formal army.

When questions about anatomy sprang up from the nation's scientists, the government killed servants and studied their corpses in secret. This was revealed to the populace, however. And it was called a government scandal.

Zapadrussia[]

Zapadrussia reaches the sea again, they don't know yet if it is a new sea or the same sea, the Baltic. Tensions with Talin start to cease.

Sacrania[]

As the wave of immigration started to slow down to the west, the Sacranians decided to turn their eyes to the east, towards the peninsula that was partially mapped by the small recon fleet which was made from the old fishing boats. Sacrania's old king Vinicio had died and passed the throne to his uncle, Glicio. Glicio decided to form a city near the mountains called Glycia and hired his own nephew to lead the small recon fleet. This fleet was ordered to scout more of the ocean. After few years, one of the fishing boats returned, telling a message about "the people of the new ocean". These rumors were most likely about the kingdom of Miracium.

Due to its richness in materials Trebzon has may immigrants that gets her power, men and horses while they continue their expansion towards the east also a new great city rises once a again due to its resources Narovia Named after the son of the king Naronas Travikas.
