That's a current series of mapper Emartis ✖ Arotanika ✖ It's excellent where he makes video-history of real countries. He started making them in February 2014 because this time he had really big problems with subscribers (just lost them and didn't grow up) and wanted to correct this problem. These series were really helpful for his channel and he started to get subscribers and views after that.
