Originally Talin ruled all of the Baltic states in the mainverse. However, Zapadrussia managed to gain de facto independence in Latvia. Talin has ever since claimed the area.

Both Kurland and Lithuania are claimed by both Talin and Zapadrussia, but in Lithuania, there is a third party: Lithus.
