The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, or just the United Kingdom, also known as Great Britain, Britain, and the UK, is a country that has arguably the biggest impact on the Modern World. It also supposedly has the Largest Empire in History, spanning 38 million sq. km. (25% of the total landmass). From 1815, the Treaty of Paris, to 1914, World War I, the UK dominated the world's economy and Industry, and could be rivaled by France, and later Germany and the USA.

Age of Chivalry

The Kingdom of England was founded in 927, and re-founded in 1076. In 1066, England was invaded by the Viking kingdom of Normandy, and was under their rule after the would-be king Harold Godwinson died at the Battle of Hastings. The throne was passed to William I, better known as William the Conqueror. It became English about ten years later after the Normans were assimilated into the English culture. England spent most of the time between its re-founding and the Age of Exploration feuding with their arch-rival, France. The best example of this would be the 100 years war (1337-1453) in which France aimed to conquer English Aquitaine after the English refused to pay homage to the French King, Philip VI, and the subsequent war lasted for 116 years.

Colonial Ventures and Exploration

After the discovery of the New world reached the ears the the English, they set of Explorers and Colonists to seek territory in the Americas. The French had the same idea, and during the colonial period of American History, the English, and later British, and French competed for untouched land (Almost).

  • The United Kingdom consists of 3 nations (England, Scotland and Wales) and one province (Northern Ireland). Wales technically doesn't count, as they have no representation on the Union Flag and were annexed in the 1200's.

The United Kingdom will eventually fracture. Starting with Scotland independence in 2014. 'Nuff said.

If the 2014 Scottish Independence won, Scotland gains independence and they will turn into Wales-England, later Wales gained enough independency and have left the European Union. Later has turned into fragmented states.

Britain is in a declining point, so it will probably fall soon. Possibilities:

1. Scotland gains Independence, Ireland gains North and (not very likely). Wales gains independence. (very likely)

2. Britain gains back some territories and gains strong allies. It becomes a power again. (not likely)

3. Britain remains in her current situation. (LOL fail)

2014- Scotland gains independence. Ireland regains Northern Ireland due to a massive rebellion and bad economy. UK becomes England.

2015- England loses Gibraltar to Spain.

2016- Wales becomes independent.

2034 - The UK erupts into civil war between England and the Gaelic League.

2035 - The UK collapses, allowing Ireland, Scotland, and Wales to steal some of the former British land.

2038 - The Gaelic League unites into Gaelica.

2040 - Wessex forms from the remaining collapsed British land.

2046 - Wessex invades Gaelica.

2047 - Wessex becomes Britannia and annexes Gaelica.

2049 - Ireland attempts an uprising

2050 - The Irish uprising is almost completely quelled by Britannia.

2051 - Britannia nukes Dublin, causing Ireland to surrender.

The UK collapses, Ireland takes over North Ireland and England and Scotland are independent (Wales is England)

2016 - The UK economy collapses after having voted Brexit. This leads to the UK not being able to afford Scotland any longer, letting them become independent. Scotland and Ireland then unite however, Northern Ireland stays part of the UK.

Wales seceded from the UK. In 2033 the Great Nordic War occurred and due to breaking the truce, rebels broke out and took over London. The Welsh government then took over the UK and combine it with Wales, forming the Welsh Confederation.

UK dies. Scotland, Wales, Ireland, France and the Netherlands take over the land.

Scotland gains independence. The UK, already in an economic crisis, is invaded by Ireland and Northern Ireland is taken. The UK collapses shortly. A few years later, England collapses forming Londonia, Penzance and Hamptonia.
