I recently had an epiphany in chat.

I had watched a video some time ago by Game Theory which explained the reasoning behind the rise of Vine stars on YouTube, and I realized that Romanian Mapping could save the Wikia. MatPat from Game Theory said that Vine stars had a much more active fanbase, and so ther fanbase expanded quickly. I'm sure everyone knows how quickly Romanian grew. Now think about it. Romanian already has a massive fanbase, but where can those fans discuss Romanian's videos? You guessed it.

Why, the Wikia, of course! If we establish a thread after the creation of every single of his videos, then more of his fans will flock to the Wikia. And if we can do this for one mapper, we can do it for many.

I have a vision of Reddit-izing the Discussionsfeature we will soon add. It will allow mappers to promote their videos. There's an upvoting system as well, meaning that more popular videos can be displayed further up. There's a lot of potential here. But only Romanian Mapping and his fanbase can break that barrier.
